If you follow a ketogenic diet, there are a few textures and flavors that you may miss – but, here at the Dish Kitch, we are doing our best to see that doesn’t happen. Sure, guacamole, cheese, and even sour cream are perfectly keto, but what about the chips? Using a magical concoction of almonds, eggs, and cheese, we have whipped up what may become your favorite new chip for dipping. In fact, with such decadent ingredients in the chips themselves, you may not even want to dip them. Either way, this is a Mexican-inspired snack that will keep your ketones kicking.
In a large mixing bowl add the ground almonds, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste, eggs, dried oregano and Dijon mustard.
Stir until you get a homogenous mixture.
Spread the mixture in a round baking tray lined with pieces of parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes in a well-heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees.
Cut in small triangles and serve.
Enjoy!
