5 Miami Spots Every Chocolate Lover Should Visit

Love chocolate? Then you’ll love this list of five great spots for chocolate treats. Whether you’re looking for a decadent dessert, a sweet treat for a loved one, or just some darn good chocolate, you’ve come to the right place.

Bachour

You can’t have a list about Miami chocolate without mentioning Bachour. The namesake restaurant from world-renowned pastry chef Antonio Bachour is every dentist’s nightmare. Whether you visit the Doral location or the Coral Gables location, you’ll find an abundance of sweets that will satisfy any chocolate craving. Case in point: milk chocolate passion fruit bonbons, chocolate croissants, fudge macarons, and black forest cake. Everything tastes as good as it looks, so order to your stomach’s content.

Bachour has multiple locations throughout Miami. For more information, visit their official website

Chocolate Fashion

With a name like Chocolate Fashion, you’d expect a place to offer a ton of chocolate. And that’s exactly what this Coral Gables institution does. The French bakery and restaurant offers a full savory menu, but the real stars are the desserts. Chocolate flourless cookies, chocolate truffle cakes, chocolate eclairs, and chocolate mousse are just among the few bites you can enjoy on site or take on the road. Make sure to keep an eye on their holiday specials; the kitchen is always cooking – or baking – something special like white chocolate lemon cake.

Chocolate Fashion is located at 248 Andalusia Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134. For more information, visit their official website

Kush

There are two standout desserts at Kush, the popular Wynwood beer and burger shop: the key lime pie and the Kush brownie sundae. If you read reviews about Kush or any of the other Kush Hospitality concepts, you’ll see that the key lime pie gets all the love – and the love is warranted. The Kush brownie sundae, however, is more of a sleeper hit: It’s just a solid brownie sundae. It’s big, affordable, and loaded with flavor thanks to vanilla bean ice cream, milk marinade, pecans, bacon, and caramel. Just order it – you’ll be glad you did.

Kush is located at 2003 North Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33127. For more information, visit their official website

Night Owl Cookies

If cookies and chocolate are your favorite combo, then look no further than Night Owl Cookies. The super decadent cookie shop has locations everywhere these days, making it way harder to stick to a diet. If it’s your first time eating Night Owl, you can’t go wrong with the chocolate chip cookie. In fact, you should always include one in every order. Once you’ve tried the cookie that started it all for this brand, branch out to selections like the dark chocolate s’mores or the Dirty Diana (signature chocolate dough stuffed with Nutella). Try not to eat with your eyes, though: You’ll probably only be able to eat one in a single sitting.

Night Owl Cookies has multiple locations throughout Miami. For more information, visit their official website

RED South Beach

We know what you’re probably thinking: What is a steakhouse doing in an article for chocolate lovers? Hear us out, though: While RED South Beach is known for its great steaks, it’s worth visiting for dessert alone. The hot-n-fresh doughnut holes are always a favorite with their mix of chocolate ganache, salted caramel, and raspberry jam; the chocolate crème brulee is also a winner. But nothing compares to RED’s Moelleux au Chocolat: chocolate ganache-filled chocolate cake, vanilla gelato, hazelnut praline crunch, and fresh berries. It’s heaven in every bite.
