Toscano Divino is an Italian staple in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, emphasizing the roots of Italian cuisine. During the past eight years of their existence, they have been consistently serving up top-notch Italian dishes to Miami’s crème de la crème and fine food lovers.

The restaurant follows the Italian mantra: chi mangia bene, viva bene, meaning, “s/he who eats well, lives well.” The establishment strives to only source fresh, local, and seasonally available ingredients. Sustainability is yet another concept that Toscano Divino explores in light of the Covid19 pandemic. It’s a non-negotiable step when witnessing business owners suffer during the pandemic. During the quarantine, the restaurant has slightly enhanced their menu to better serve the community and the planet.

The menu rotates with the season, so diners will have plenty of opportunities to try new dishes made of the freshest seasonal ingredients. On the current fall/winter menu, specialties include the Vitello Tonnato: milk-fed veal, tuna sauce, capers, arugula, lemon. Pici Senesi with Duck Ragú: hand-rolled pasta, duck leg ragú, pecorino. Risotto Funghi E Tartufo: Acquerello rice, porcini, selected mushrooms, and winter black truffle.

Despite adhering to eco-friendly priorities, the setting at Toscano Divino is classy and high-end. Feel free to come here for a business meeting or a date— you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and ask the incredibly knowledgeable staff for a wine recommendation — the collection is awe-inspiring!
