Plant Miami
At Plant Miami, diners eat first with their eyes, soul, and stomach. The plant-based restaurant located in Miami’s trendy Wynwood neighborhood has established itself as the city’s leading location for conscious fine dining. Here, dishes are carefully sculpted from the bounty of South Florida’s produce, including medicinal herbs, countless varieties of edible flowers, and microgreens coming from the local, regenerative, and organic Paradise Farms. To top it off, everything on the menu is certified vegan and kosher.Executive Chef Horacio Rivadero crafted a menu that showcases the authentic ways of wholesome cooking. To start off the table, the Plate of Four Artisan Cheeses alongside the Melon Ceviche introduces epicureans to Plant’s wondrous ways. As a substantial main, the Truffle Noodles made of kelp noodles, coated in a creamy cashew truffle sauce and topped with more shaved truffles, have even the non-vegans coming back time and time again.Make sure not to leave the establishment without a proper course of dessert – executive pastry chef Veronica Manolizi is a pure magician when it comes to whipping up decadent, suave pastries out of plants. Try the Tres Leches, and you’ll know exactly what we’re getting at. Finally, the whole Plant experience ties together oh so well with an order off the biodynamic and organic drinks and craft cocktail menu. It is said that customers who walk out after a meal at Plant feel bubbly, elevated, and refreshed. By all means, don’t take our word for it and see for yourself.
