Clutch Burger took the typical burger, deconstructed it, emphasized its best parts, and put it back together — this time using a variety of fillings and a boatload of love. That’s what makes it clutch. Everyone loves burgers, truly. But in addition to that, folks adore quality and care. This is why the burger, start to finish, is made from scratch. We’re talking from the patty to the lip-smacking sauces and even the fresh-baked buns. 

Clutch owner Steven Bradley feels like if you’re going to be in Miami you should own it, to the fullest. That’s why the buns are delivered from the neighborhood bakery. The 50+ craft beers come from local breweries and the fine wines from wineries here in Florida. Now where else to enjoy your burger and brew than out in the fresh air of pedestrian Giralda Avenue, only one of Miami’s most iconic streets! 

Don’t be afraid to bring friends of any eating culture. The burger bar offers gluten-free, pescatarian, and vegan options for any dietary persuasion. For the hardcore patty fan — their iconic Clutch Burger features two Wagyu beef patties, layered with cheese, vegetables, and the Clutch Sauce. It’s a little messy but totally worth every bite. Non-beef options include pork belly, lamb, turkey, shrooms, and the Impossible Burger. All that’s left is to pair with one of the many brews, and you’re good to go.
