Alloy Bistro is a Downtown Miami-based rustic-rinsed restaurant that encapsulates the diversity of Mediterranean culture in full. Nothing ever gets pre-cooked; the dishes are strictly made to order, from scratch. The menu is smashing. Each dish has its own personality, carrying the airs of France, Italy, Greece, or even Asia or North Africa. To begin, let’s just say, $1 oysters every Thursday night — yes. Moreover, the full menu houses starters, mains, sides, and more: Roasted Cauliflower (baby spinach gazpacho, feta cheese foam, piment d’espelette), Carpaccio Di Scampi (wild scampy cut a la minute, fresh lemon, dill oil), Smoked Tagliatelle (72 hour-smoked short rib ragu, handmade noodles, smoked paprika), plus, plus. There’s also a humble yet decadent dessert menu and post-meal digestifs too. The Parfait Cappucino with biscotti amaretti and cacao emulsion is sure to please. Lastly, the wine bar is outstanding, offering whites, reds, roses, and bubbles for even more upscale dining.
