The total preparation time is under ten minutes, even if you ground your own almonds, but the ingredients combine to create a complex and satisfying experience. Depending on the material of your mug and power of your oven, be very careful when removing the mug cake, as it can be very hot to the touch. That said, it is best when gobbled up immediately and piping hot.

 2 tbsp stevia
 ½ cup ground almonds
 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 large egg
 23 tbsp heavy cream

In a mug place the butter and let it melt for 15 seconds on medium.

Stir in the stevia, egg, heavy cream, ground almonds, and baking powder and mix until combined.
