 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
 salt and pepper to taste
 23 tbsp olive oil
 ½ cup heavy cream
 ¼ cup peanut butter
 freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Warm the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side.

Pour in the heavy cream and peanut butter and mix until combined.
