Where to Re-Start Your Resolutions

2024 is well underway. How’s your resolution holding up? If you’ve resolved to eat healthier this year, these restaurants can help you restart your resolution if things haven’t exactly gone as planned:

Costa Med

Costa Med’s medley of Mediterranean food makes it easy to eat healthy, delicious food. While there are certainly many indulgent dishes, there are just as many plates that won’t damage your diet. Among them: The fresh daily ceviche, the octopus carpaccio, the Greek salad, and the honey-roasted salmon. Don’t quote us, but we hear a glass of wine can be healthy, too – you have plenty of choices here.

Minty Z

If you’re trying to eat more veggies this year, head on over to one of the best plant-based restaurants in Miami: Minty Z. The Coconut Grove favorite features flavorful fare like watercress and avocado salad, sweet and sour mushrooms, asparagus shumai, Thai curry cauliflower and more. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Minty Z is located at 3206 Grand Avenue, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. For more information, visit their official website

MyRoots Juice Bar & Kitchen

Should you find yourself all the way in Kendall, MyRoots Juice Bar & Kitchen is a must for healthy eating. The eatery has a ton of delicious selections, including bagels, toasts, soups, salads, curries… The list goes on. We’re not joking: The menu is longgggggg. That’s great because the variety will make it all the more easier to stick to your resolution.

MyRoots Juice Bar & Kitchen is located at. 8530 SW 124th Ave. STE 101, Miami, FL 33183. For more information, visit their official website

Paperfish Sushi

For diners looking for lighter fare, sushi is always a great choice. Another great choice: Paperfish Sushi. With two convenient locations in South Florida, this Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant boasts a bevy of nigiri, sashimi, and other waistline-friendly specialties that are super fresh and affordable. We’re partial to items like the Hamachi tiradito, the salmon hand rolls, the house salad, and the miso black cod; the menu has no shortage of options.

Pura Vida

You’re never too far away from Pura Vida. The healthy, fast-casual spot has locations across the Tri-County Area, and the brand shows no signs of slowing down. At Pura Vida, guests will find a wide assortment of healthy-ish fare like kale Caesar salad, summer chicken bowls, oven-roasted salmon, and mushroom veggie burgers. There’s also a wide selection of natural juices and smoothies if you’re craving something a little sweet that won’t break your resolve.

Pura Vida has multiple locations across South Florida. For more information, visit their official website.
