Where to Eat After the 2024 Miami Marathon

Toscana Divino

This year’s Miami Marathon takes place on Sunday, January 28. Once you cross that finish line after running 26.2 miles, you’re going to be hungry—and these five spots will be ready for you.

Café Americano Brickell

In the heart of Brickell City Centre, you’ll find Cafe Americano. This charming bistro offers a delightful fusion of Latin American and European flavors. Most importantly, though, you’ll find lots of carbs: truffle fries, molten chicken parm, crispy calamari, pizzas, burgers, and more. Guests will also encounter a fun cocktail program; you deserve a drink, champ.

Carrot Express

Marathon runners can earn their recovery treat and for a discount. South Florida’s premier healthy eatery, Carrot Express is offering $5 off all smoothies at all locations. Runners can fuel their bodies with the proper nutrients needed to repair themselves and stay hydrated. For a protein-rich smoothie, racers are encouraged to order from their Power Smoothie line, featuring refreshments blended with collagen-boosting Vital Proteins.

This offer will be redeemable at all Carrot Express locations through takeout or delivery on the app. or dine-in by using the code ‘CHEERSTOHEALTH2024.’

Carrot Express has multiple locations in South Florida. For more information, visit their official website.

Paperfish Sushi

Sushi fans should hop on the mover and head to Paperfish Sushi, which is conveniently located right off the Financial District stop; just take the train all the way south to the end. The Peruvian-Japanese restaurant boasts a fun array of sushi, sashimi, nigiri, ceviche, and other delicious specialties.

The best part: It’s all priced reasonably, which isn’t the case for a lot of restaurants in this neighborhood. Our recommendation is a cocktail and a roll; we’re partial to the namesake Paper Tuna roll with tuna tartare and torched tuna.

Shake Shack

This year, Shake Shack is inviting all Miami marathon runners to enjoy a free ShackBurger post-race at their Brickell, Coral Gables, The Falls, Dadeland, Aventura, or Lincoln Road locations. Simply flash your 2024 race bib, and your efforts will be rewarded with a delicious burger on the house with purchase. \

This limited-time offer is only valid in-shack on race day, Sunday, January 28. Limit one per order and one time only. Whether you’re craving a burger or some post-race protein, this offer makes everyone feel like a winner.

Shake Shack has multiple locations throughout South Florida. For more information, visit their official website.

Toscana Divino

There are few carbs as tasty as pasta, and Toscana Divino has no shortage of dishes to help you refuel after the big event; we wouldn’t be surprised if you encounter other marathoners here! Located at Mary Brickell Village, the restaurant is hard to miss—it’s smack dab in the middle. Sit outside for some fun people-watching while you scarf down lasagna, truffle carbonara, spaghetti, or another crowd favorite. There are plenty of other non-pasta dishes, too, if that’s your preference. And if you sneak a glass of wine or three, we won’t tell.
