The Best Miami Restaurants With Something for Everyone

Want to have dinner with your friends but everyone has different tastes? No problem: These six Miami restaurants have diverse offerings that please a wide range of palates.

Costa Med

Costa Med is a Key Biscayne favorite known for its varied offerings.  The Mediterranean-inspired eatery has it all, from satisfying salads and crudos to pastas, seafood, steaks and the kitchen sink. Think Creole tuna tataki, Greek salad, seared scallops, chicken rotolato, lamb chops and lobster ravioli. By offering a little bit of everything, you and your friends should have no problem finding something to eat. And most importantly, wine is plentiful as well.

Costa Med is located at 260 Crandon Boulevard, #46, Key Biscayne, FL 33149. For more information, visit their official website.

Jia

When it comes to Chinese cuisine, Jia pulls out all the stops. This South of Fifth gem boasts a large menu of options, including dim sum; rice and noodles; veggies; and proteins from air, land and sea. Notable items include the spicy and sour seafood soup, the crystal noodles with crab roe, the short rib dumplings, the peking duck and the whole crispy Hunan red snapper. And there’s still so much more left to enjoy.

Jia is located at 808 1st Street, #3, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website

Lilikoi Organic Living

Foodies looking for a healthy meal should look no further than Lilikoi. Another South of Fifth spot that offers a little bit of everything, Lilikoi is beloved for its hearty sandwiches, burgers and wraps like the chicken and brie salad, vegan burger, chicken chipotle burrito and mahi mahi burger. Guests seeking something more substantial can enjoy larger mains like the shrimp coconut curry bowl, Hawaiian-style poke and mushroom farro risotto. Don’t forget to get a juice, too!

Lilikoi Organic Living is located at 500 South Pointe Drive, Miami, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website

Miami Diner

Classic diners are known for their “kitchen sink” menus and Miami Diner is no exception. If you name a traditional comfort food, odds are that this South Beach diner has it. From melts, burgers and subs to shakes, salads, and pastas (and more), Miami Diner features no shortage of hefty selections. Bringing the whole experience full circle is the vintage décor that will remind you of your childhood – those were the days.

Miami Diner is located at 919 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website

Plant Miami

If your friends are vegan, vegetarian or just big plant-based fans, Plant Miami is always a good idea.  A little more upscale than the other places on this list, Plant boasts a creative vegan menu that is sure to impress. Expect to find fun fare like jackfruit maki rolls, melon ceviche, carrot ginger noodles, kimchi dumplings, carrots en mole and masala cauliflower. The cuisine pulls influences from all over, so there’s really only one word that nails down the food: awesome.

Plant Miami is located at 105 NE 24th Street, Miami, FL 33137. For more information, visit their official website.

Public Square

For a fancy night out on the mainland, check out Public Square in South Miami. The neighborhood eatery serves up a tasty assortment of bites like roasted tomato soup, shrimp corn fritters, beef tartare, and roasted artichoke spinach. The cuisine leans American so prepare for a lot of steak, but Asian influences are also apparent; the sushi selections are all musts. Rounding out the menu are seafood and pastas like pappardelle pesto, Chilean sea bass and pepper crusted pork loin.

Public Square is located at 6915 Red Road, Coral Gables, FL 33143. For more information, visit their official website

RED South Beach

RED South Beach is a South of Fifth institution known mainly for one thing: amazing steaks. But you should also know that they offer way more than that – emphasis on way more. Not only will guests encounter a bountiful raw bar, but they’ll also find pastas, seafoods, chops and salads. This is one of the biggest menus you’ll likely find at a local steakhouse. The same goes for the wine menu. You and your friends will be here a while.

RED South Beach is located at 801 South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information, visit their official website
